Paradox, the story is about an alien protagonist who takes on an undercover mission to colonise other planets on its home planet, and whose consciousness invades an earthling girl to record what she sees and feels on earth. The alien escape from its home planet in the end and the record (main story) is later discovered by the humans on earth.
This post is an explanation of how the main part of my fictional story (the alien's record) was discovered.

Sanxingdui Museum Open Call, 2022
Inspired by a number of artifacts from the Sanxingdui Museum, this work focuses on the personal imagination of the ancient Shu people's worldview, beliefs, and communication between humans and gods after a visit to Sanxingdui, and expresses my impressions of the culture: both romantic in artistic style and systematic in the narrative; both remote and mysterious, yet fascinating.

The title of this artwork is The candy machine, which is a digital painting poster size A4. Since climate change has become an ongoing crisis according to those abnormal weather disasters that happened recently, we should stop standing on the Creator's perspective to discuss this crisis. The current crisis is we need the earth rather than the earth need our protection since this planet already exists for four and half billion years without human beings.
I tend to describe my work as a pessimistic hypothesis. Through experiments, I decided to use digital painting rather than other organic media to create a futuristic vibe in this work. The thin outline flat style and high saturated colours successfully present surrealism feeling in the final version, which is partly inspired by Al Mefer’s photography work Dreamscapes of Iceland.

The cover of the Chinese translation of the children's book The Chimney Sweep Boy, is a story about a Swiss children chimney workers who survive in Italy in the 19th century. This is my first commercial project and it has extraordinary significance for me.
